Dusty Chandler

President

Dusty Chandler is our President and resident innovator. He is coming up on 30 years in the Telecommunications industry and has been with us for 25 of those years.

Dusty has always been motivated by the idea of connecting people and communities through technology and providing access to the digital world. He is driven to find new and innovative ways to improve access and connectivity for communities.

In his words, “It is my motivating force, pushing me to overcome any obstacle in my way to help bridge the digital divide and ensure that everyone has the opportunity to experience the benefits of the internet.”

He is proud to lead such a great team and says that he is fortunate to have found such a great place to work early in his career, providing him the opportunity to develop the necessary skills to be successful in his life. Dusty enjoys problem-solving and designing effective solutions to complex issues.

In his free time, Dusty loves spending time with his family and going to concerts with his wife. You can also find him at the driving range practicing his swing or playing the occasional video game.

Greg Ruiz

Director of Operations

Greg Ruiz is our Director of Operations and is responsible for overseeing the company’s field operations, which include the installation, maintenance, and repair of cable and internet services at customers’ homes and businesses. He is also responsible for leading our team of technicians, giving them the training, tools, and support they need to deliver fantastic service.

He is a goal-oriented leader who loves to find new and innovative ways for teams to do quality work and expand their capacity and expertise.

Greg brings over 20 years of telecommunications experience to the company and leverages his expertise towards growing our team, systematically testing and improving on new ideas. He has been with T.I.S.D. since 2016.

Greg is hard-working and takes his responsibilities seriously, but he also knows how to relax and enjoy his hobbies and interests. In his time away from work, Greg loves being with his family and traveling. He is also a sports fan with a particular love for basketball.

Nikole McCrory

Controller

Nikole McCrory is an accomplished financial controller with over 30 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, and operational management. She has a proven track record in overseeing all aspects of financial reporting and budgeting.

Nikole began her career as an accounts payable clerk.  Over the years, she advanced to roles of increasing responsibility, gaining a deep understanding of the financial needs of businesses across various industries.

As Controller at TISD, LLC, Nikole focuses on optimizing cash flow management, implementing best practices for financial controls, and supporting strategic decision-making. Her leadership has resulted in improved financial transparency and enhanced reporting accuracy.

Nikole holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Houston-Victoria. She is passionate about leveraging financial data to support sustainable growth and is an advocate for continuous improvement in financial operations.

In her free time, Nikole enjoys family, music and traveling.

Glen Norton

Director of Network Operations

Glen Norton currently serves as the Director of Network Operations for TISD.net, leveraging over 25 years of IT experience in both the finance and telecommunications sectors. Throughout his career, he has specialized in the design and construction of robust networks, showcasing his expertise in ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal performance.

Glen’s background in finance and telecommunications provided a strong foundation for his current role as Director of Network Operations at TISD.net. Over the past 25 years, he has honed his skills through various experiences across these industries, developing a deep understanding of network design principles and best practices. This well-rounded knowledge base allows him to effectively translate complex network requirements into functional and reliable solutions that meet the specific needs of TISD.net customers.

Outside of work, Glen cherishes spending quality time with his family. He is also an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, and he finds both relaxation and challenge in gaming and martial arts. His varied interests reflect a well-rounded individual who values both personal and professional growth.

As Douglas Adams once said, “I may not have gone where I intended to go, but I think I have ended up where I needed to be.” A statement that resonates well with Glen’s journey, as his diverse experiences have ultimately led him to a fulfilling role where he can utilize his expertise to make a significant impact.

Cody Haubert

Business Administration Manager

Cody Haubert is our Business Administration Manager and is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. She manages the Customer Care and Reception staff, streamlines processes, and implements strategies that enhance our customers’ experience.

Her role includes addressing customer complaints, improving service policies, and analyzing customer feedback to drive continuous improvements. She also collaborates with other departments to ensure that the company’s services align with customer expectations.

She is a customer service-driven manager that prioritizes exceptional customer experiences by leading her teams to deliver high-quality service. She focuses on resolving issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term client relationships. Her goal is to create a customer-centric culture that not only meets but exceeds customer expectations, driving loyalty and business growth.

Cody is a passionate lover of art and film, bringing creativity and a unique perspective to problem-solving and customer engagement. This passion inspires innovative approaches to service delivery and team collaboration, fostering an environment where artistic and cultural insights enhance business operations.

Director of Business Development

With over 25 years of experience, Debbie is a dedicated business development specialist who excels in sales and marketing. Renowned for her strategic vision and innovative approach, she has a proven track record of driving growth and enhancing brand visibility across various industries.
