The Accounting Supervisor oversees the daily operations of one or more accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, ledger maintenance, revenue, and asset accounting. This position also oversees the calculation, posting, and verification of financial data used in maintaining accounting and statistical records.

The Customer Care Specialist’s primary responsibility is to correspond with new customers, determine their needs, and effectively assist them in bringing them on board as TISD customers. Customer Care Specialists also have the responsibility to assist current TISD customers with billing, perform cancellations for departing customers, and use the data from cancellations to help TISD develop a deeper understanding of the needs of our customer base. Customer Care Specialists are also responsible for attending to walk-in customers and their needs and maintaining the appearance and quality of TISD’s retail store.
